New Teachers!!! Be the C-E-O of your classroom.:
1. Be consistent.
--Make sure you deliberate all consequences and praises equally with every student. The children will check to see if you are being consistent constantly throughout the year.
2. Be excited.
--If you are excited, your kids will be excited. It's important to make your content and lesson fun, new, and interesting.
3. Be optimistic.
--Be open to new suggestions from other teachers, and even students as well. You'd be surprised where you best lessons originated from!
